Nice little studio with everything you need (washer, kitchen). Doesnt take long to get to downtown and touristic places using metro. The only problem is that there was no sound proof in this place. You can easily hear your neighbors sneeze, talk, and their music. Also, I was confused by the instructions on where the studio was in the building. It took me a while to realize that i have to go through the second door to get to the room. There were no numbers on the rooms.

Camille's apartment was really nice, it's sort of hidden from the street which makes it quiet and has an extremely quaint Parisian feel to it. I enjoyed my stay immensely. We originally were supposed to stay at another apartment but the host canceled on us an hour prior to arrival, Camille was able to act fast on no warning and while the check in was a bit hazy due to the circumstances, she really stood out in her effort. I will stay here again in the future and will recommend the apartment to friends.

Camille is an excellent host, the apartment is great, clean, and everything that was promised. I would totally recommend the place. Exceeded my expectations. However the location given is not the correct one, if you arrive to Boulevard Richard Lenoir you are at the wrong address it is at Rue Richard Lenoir, very close to the bastille but not as close as airbnb shows in the map.

Little apartment is the heart of Paris managed by a third party property management. Clean and convenant about the key peak up / check-in time.

Camille's flat is located in a lively neighborhood that makes it easy to get around Paris by foot, metro, bus or bike. There are lots of cool bars and restaurants in the area. The building itself is also charming with a lovely interior courtyard. Camille is super quick to respond and very communicative in both French and English. I had some trouble with check in and she instantly replied to help me out. Thanks Camille!

The apartment is comfortable enough for a short stay. Other guests commented about a smell of smoke, which I did notice upon entering but did not bother me after that. The building seems to have very thin walls so at times did not feel particularly private but that can't really be helped. The location is good, close to the Metro in a lively neighbourhood with shops and cafes. We were sent to the wrong address, the one we thought we were booking, almost a mile closer to the 'action' than the real address which is further east. (If you are told Boulevard Richard-Lenoir, ignore that and go to Rue Richard-Lenoir.) Thankfully we were aided by a guy working at the Blvd bicycle shop on the corner of where the wrong address 'should' have been, who helped us to realise why were were completely unable to find the right place, (other people have had similar issues, apparently) and a phone call to the host eventually confirmed this though I don't think it sunk in at the time that this was quite a big problem requiring apology to really be fully resolved.) Aside from this taking up more than an extra hour of our arrival on a very short stay, the actual apartment was satisfactory.
