I was in Dublin for a week and a half with my mom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is conveniently located - a few minutes' walk to several bus routes - and is exactly as pictured in the ad. It was comfortable - lots of space, comfy beds, no issue with heating. Also, Cormac thoughtfully stocked up on coffee, tea, milk, fruit, etc. - even Guinness in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table! All in all, we found Cormac to be an extremely considerate and helpful host. He accommodated an early check-in (our flight got in quite early) and sat with us over tea to give tips on things to see and do. He was responsive prior to and throughout our trip. He even checked in to ensure we knew about Hurricane Ophelia being on its way. I'd happily stay here again if I had the chance and highly recommend it.

This Air BnB is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the liveliness of the grafton street area. Perfect for guests that want to be near the centre but still have a quiet stay. Cormac is very nice and helpful.

Clean and conveniently located apartment. The apartment is situated in up & coming area with nice pubs and organic food market amongst other attractions. City center, Guinness Storehouse, Wexford St with lots of great restaurants and nightlife are all within walking distance. Make sure to enjoy a pint of Guinness in the lovely little Fallon’s pub just down the road. Only minus comes from running out of hot shower water despite having the additional water heading booster on as Cormac advised as there was four of us. Apart from that we have no complaints! Cormac was really helpful with everything and we had a lovely weekend in Dublin.

Cormac’s house was very nice and very close to the city center. Cormac was very friendly and eager to help us regarding both the flat and the city attractions. I would definitely recommend his place!

The place was perfect for a city trip. We were 4 people and had everthing we needed. Cormack was a great host and did everthing that we feel comfortable. He gave some great recommendations for our stay. He even left some beer, fruit and cereals for us. High would highly recommend his place.

Cormac's place is within easy walking distance of many points of interest in Dublin. It was a great location for us. The pictures were accurate regarding the majority of the apartment, except for the bathroom. It is in serious need of some TLC. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off in sheets, due to a faulty ceiling fan. There were water stains running down the walls. The bathtub and surrounding tile had pink mildew/mold. I ended up wearing my flip flops in the tub while showering, due to this. That's a simple matter of cleaning. The toilet wouldn't flush completely, which presents a problem... I contacted Cormac regarding the lack of water pressure for the toilet, which he told us, the next morning, to close the lid when flushing, which helped. This would have been nice to know prior to arriving, considering after a long day of travel, you have three people all needing the bathroom. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable, which was much appreciated after traveling all day. Check in was super easy with Cormac's neice, Roisin. He also left some Guinness, fruit, coffee, and bread, which was a nice touch. The listing did not say this is typically a personal residence, when not being rented as an air bnb. I appreciate knowing this when looking at listings. I tend to stay away from those type of rentals. Just my personal preference. May not be an issue for others.

The location of the apartment was ideal...we walked everywhere. Very close to everything we wanted to see. Cormac was nice enough to sit down with us and tell us the best things to see and how to get there. He was very welcoming. It was a great stay that made our stay in Dublin wonderful.
