Interaction with guests
Pousada Xetiox is owned and opperated by the Hall-Lopez family. Lucia was born and raised in San Antonio Palopo, and married Jerry who is from the USA in 1992. They have 5 adult children who visit off and on. We are not always available as we travel for business, during this time our guardian handles the air bnb. There are times when we will be available to show you around town and times when we will not be home. Please do not depend on our interaction for entertainment, but of course, we are always happy to meet our guests when we are home!
Other things to note
Private rooms with a private bathroom are available upon request and cost $25 a night (no extra person charge). Reduced rates for paying cash in person are available after staying one night through AirBnb. Please note that San Antonio Palopo is a small traditional town. Night life is minimal and tourism is mostly confined to the daytime. This is a great place if you are looking to spend some time away from high tourist areas, needing space to be alone, or wanting to experience life in an indigenous town. Also great for groups of friends wanting to swim/chill out and able to entertain each other. We do not have wifi or TV available, however an Internet cafe is directly across the walkway.
