About this listing

Villa 101 is a light filled 1 bedroom cabin set in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Perfectly located, this new luxury cabin is 5 mins drive to Brunswick Heads, 5 mins to Mullumbimby, and 15 mins to Byron. We have recycled and upcylced as much as we can, as well as fitting out this gorgeous space with brand new appliances. Peaceful and charming with beautiful rural outlook close to everything.

The space

Wake up to birdsong in privacy. We love our peaceful little block of land up here on the hill in Myocum and look forward to welcoming you. We are a family of 4 people , 6 chooks and a sweet natured dog named Miso. When the chooks are laying we will supply you with fresh organic free range eggs. Help yourself to citrus and mangoes off the tree when in season. Wander along Mcauleys Lane and discover beautiful views to Mount Warning.

Guest access

We are very easy to find and our driveway leads you straight to Villa 101. You can park right near your accom.

Other things to note

We have a dog called Miso, she is very friendly, but if you would prefer we keep her away from your cabin, please let us know and we will keep her with us.

A beautiful serene property surrounded by nature! We had a lovely stay, the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was beautifully appointed, we lounged in the hammocks, enjoyed a fresh breakfast in the sunshine of the fresh farm eggs, sough dour and bacon (provided by the host) on the balcony overlooking a picturesque rural setting and cosied around the fire at night with a glass of wine. The ideal getaway for rest and relaxation. James and Susie were wonderful hosts providing great local tips and hospitality - we will be back!

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Lovely waking to crisp air, gentle birdsong and distant frogs. So peaceful, yet close to beaches and hinterland towns. Loved it.

This is the perfect place to relax. James is a perfect host. He's hospitality and generosity is second to none. The villa is gorgeous and is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pics. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone wanting some down time. We are going to miss Miso and the chickens too.

A gorgeous, tastefully put together cabin with all the comforts of home. Lovely to arrive to meet our friendly host and a warm, crackling fire. The property is peaceful, surrounded by lush trees and views to the neighbouring farmlands and the resident chooks and pup greeted us and added warmth and charm to our stay. Thanks again for a lovely, rejuvenating get away.

I moved up to the North Coast with my family about five years ago after leading a hectic life in the city running a recording studio. My work still takes me back to the city occasionally and on returning home I am reminded how to breath! We have a funky little shop/gallery in Mullumbimby called Sunshine Alley, we love Mullumbimby it is a super relaxed and creative town. We love bush walks, beach and family.
