This 1940's cottage has been architecturally renovated into a modern 3 bedroom home which has retained many of its original features including lead light windows and wooden floors. It is bright and sunny opening out onto decks for morning and afternoon sunshine. Conveniently located it borders Pukekura Park - home of WOMAD and the Festival of the Lights. It is also an easy 5 minute walk to the CBD, Govett-Brewster Art Gallery, Len Lye experience, and coastal walkway.
