Stylish top floor rooms in an elegant Georgian family home located in Leith. There are 2 private rooms, each with a double bed. Book one room for 2 people or both for up to 4 people.
Separate adjacent shower room for guest's sole use. Relax with breakfast in your room... tea & coffee, fruit juice, fruit, bread rolls & preserves. One bedroom has a work desk. Living room with TV and free wifi. House is located in a leafy street with permit-free parking, a short bus ride to the centre of Edinburgh.

Both rooms have attractive sash windows with views across to the port of Leith. One bedroom has a work desk and period fireplace.
Adjacent to the bedrooms is a private shower room, for guest's sole use, with beautiful geometric floor tiles and underfloor heating.
Tea & coffee making facilities and a hamper breakfast, with fruit juice, fruit, yoghurts, warm bread rolls and preserves, are delivered to your room each morning.
Bath & hand towels and a hair dryer are provided. Note that toiletries such as soap and shampoo are not provided.
Prices shown are for one room only. Book one room for 2 people or both for up to 4 people. If you book one room, we won't take a booking for the other room.
The second room is a flat £50, whether there is 1 person or 2 in the room.
We welcome families. Please let us know in advance if you require a travel cot as we have one you can use.
Both rooms are located on the second floor of our family home. The rooms are accessed via two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.
The family living room (with TV) is also available for use should you fancy a chat. We also have free wifi.
Interaction with guests
We have a young family so this is a busy household but we'd be happy to try to accommodate requests for help throughout your stay. We'd love to offer advice on your trip to Leith and Edinburgh including travel around the city and great places to visit and eat out.
- No shoes in the upstairs of house.
- No noise after 11pm please as we have young children.
Originally from the North-East of England, I have spent the last 13 years living in London, before we decided to pack up and move the family to sunny Edinburgh in 2016.
Despite the Norwegian name, husband Svein, is of a Scottish-French variety and speaks excellent French.
