We had a wonderful 3 night stay and really loved the house. The property is spotlessly clean and has been renovated to a very high standard. The kitchen and bathroom in particular are spacious and beautiful. The location is quiet and a short walk to the lovely Stiffkey Stores and a pub. We'll be back!

Totally loved our stay at Wagtail Cottage, a really beautiful house in a very pretty village. Immaculately clean and tidy with everything a guest might need, even a lemon cake and bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen table. Would love to return in the summer to sit on the deck and feed the ducks. Thank you Luisa!

This is a great cottage and spacious to have 2 couples with a lovely bathroom and back garden down to the river which has kingfishers on it. The village store and pub are a short walk away and local farms can provide additional supplies including raw milk. The location is ideal for exploring the North Norfolk coast and its hidden gems and outsanding sea food. This is a cottage to come back to

Wagtail cottage was delightful! We were three adults basing ourselves in Stiffkey for walking and exploring. The cottage was ideal - lovely bedrooms, spotlessly clean, a fabulous little garden with seating and picturesque little river and all comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The local pub, The Red Lion, and Stiffkey Stores within a stone's throw were both great for meals and last minute essentials. I would book it again without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at Wagtail Cottage! Check in/out was very straight forward via a coded lockbox. The whole cottage is very comfortable and airy, both bedrooms are lovely as was all the bedding. The kitchen is a great place to cook and eat dinner, leading out into a charming private garden which for us was the highlight of the property. A tranquil spot to sit outside next to the stream and enjoy the sun (when it's out!), with frequent visits from the local ducks and, if you're lucky, from a huge family of swans too. Stiffkey is lovely and quiet, with a cute local shop a few seconds away selling lovely homeware, gifts, food, fresh cakes etc. Everywhere we visited in the four days was between 10-30 mins away so there's plenty to visit nearby. Hope to revisit one day!
