We live in a large, sunny one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Park Slope with a massive private patio/roof. People of all backgrounds are welcome!
Our apartment opens up to a sunny living room/kitchen - and that leads to our very large private patio/roof lined with plants and chairs overlooking Union Street.
We are located on the second floor - There is one flight of stairs. We have a queen bed in the bedroom, and a couch in the living room.
Our TV offers Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
We live in a family neighborhood, and ask that if you use the roof/patio, you keep voices reasonable. No parties, please.
This is a lived in apartment - Not shiny perfect, but it's home for us :).
We have a refrigerator that you're welcome to add some food to, and an oven that takes about a minute to start. The door lock can be tricky to open but works with some determination and cursing. We have basic kitchen utensils that you can use - plates, cups, silverware. We just ask that you wash your dishes and put them away after use.
We're also in the heart of one of the best restaurant areas in the city! There's any kind of food you could possibly want within arms length of this place.
The patio/roof, bedroom, and living room are all free for you to use. Please be respectful outside, as we have neighbors with children nearby.
Interaction with guests
We're usually busy during the day and often come home late, but we'll leave a key for you if we're not available to drop it off.
- Please be quiet outside after 9pm
