We apologise about the blankets and towels not being ready at your arrival.
We ALWAYS wash towels, bedsheets and etc everytime we change guests, and unfortunately it rained that morning while things were drying, causing the small delay.
We´re already working on the improvements. For example, now the room has a nice place to put clothes and personal belongings, which left more space for the guests, making it easier to unpack and more comfortable for them.
On the other hand, we always let guests free to ask us any special request, like, somewhere to put luggages or clothes or anything else. But we need to be informed about these things. We love being friendly and helpful, so every request is taken in consideration and we always try to find a solution.
All in all we hope you had a great stay, and once again, thank you very much for your feedback. It´s really important for us to know what are our flaws and what are our hits.
We´re always aiming for people to have a really cool experience in a great environment, experiencing the city and sharing their lives with us.
