Thang and his sister are wonderful hosts. The location is also great to walk downtown if you don't mind a 30 min walk. We had a wonderful experience.

Thang is a fantastic host and this location is away from it all but so close at the same time. While not far from a high school and what seems like a slower neighborhood you can walk or ride a few blocks and you’re right in the midst of the very lively and fun city!

Thang's place a sweet little converted apartment within walking to almost anything! My colleagues and I stayed for a conference at the Walter E. Washington convention center. We walked to the convention center everyday we were there and it was so easy! It is also within walking distance of a Giant grocery store and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. And last bit of important info: if you are vacationing but like to stay fit, I ran around this residential area of D.C. where Thang is located and it was absolutely beautiful!

This was a great place. Very close to shops and restaurants and everything else in DC. Very clean and had everything we needed to spend a few days in the city. Would definitely come back!

Easy check-in and good location close to everything I wanted to see. Thang had great communication and access instructions were easy to follow. The apartment served its purpose well as a crash-pad for the weekend. The main downside was that, being a basement apartment, there was a noticeable musky smell in the place.
