We enjoyed Tiffani's beach house very much. It was two of us staying for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend; we took daily walks on the beach, did morning yoga at the GroundSwell Surf Cafe (local breakfast/lunch spot, definitely worth a visit, or two, or every morning, in our case). Cafe is just a short beach walk away. We got up to see the sunrise one of the mornings and views were incredible. Attempted to surf fish but got stopped by the beach patrol, apparently no fishing during the beach hours (can fish only before 8am and after 5:30pm). Nearby town of Newburyport is only minutes away and is worth a visit, it's a quaint traditional New England town with lots of things to do. If you are a beer lover, visit Newbury Brewing Company, they have live music in Saturdays and Sundays. Portsmouth, NH is only 20 min (driving time) away. Parker River Wildlife Refuge is great for stretching your legs and walking in the nature and taking pictures of the wildlife. All in all, we had a great time!
Tiffani's place provided just the right quick beach getaway for us. We loved the comfort of the unit, so bright and happy. A great big kitchen as well as comfy bedrooms - and the living room complete with a big screen TV and Netflix made the mornings and evenings very homey. The location and ease of access made the days great! We took most meals in Newburyport, which was close and we loved - then went to the beach "in the backyard" (so close!) and Salisbury Beach State Reserve - also just a quick drive away. A really nice place - you'll like it!
Loved the ground swell cafe, and doing yoga at 8 am on the beach. Great suggestion from Andy to go to the Market Basket, and buy a lobster and have it cooked for you. The Blue Ocean (?) building is ugly as sin, but a great restaurant and little shop inside. Apparently the music is great- that will be for next time.
