Gorgeous river view. We absolutely loved this cabin. It's a little closer to Charleston than to Folly Beach, but not bad to get to either.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at this quite cabin. Nick and Susan were quick to communicate, and always kind. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The hosts made the stay away from home seamless in all the extra thoughtful touches. The house was right on the river and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the back porch. A grocery store was close enough to get back to relaxing quickly. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Very quiet. Scenic. Perfect place if you have 1-2 or maybe 3 small children. It's a smaller cabin but we found it very cozy. Would easily for 2 kids in bunk beds. Small loft area which they do not advertise could fit one other child. Very nice place to relax and getaway.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Pictures are exact replica of the real thing! We left North Charleston hotel after conference and needed a change of pace with nature. The view alone was worth every penny. But the cabin itself was just lovely. I couldn't have made it more perfect! Susan was very accommodating and thoughtful for our 3 year old. Who loved having her own room and bunk bed. I'd come back and recommend all day long. Plus John's Island is great as well!

Susan and Nick were excellent hosts. Great communication made for an easy relaxing stay. The cabin is very comfortable with excellent views. Our family was looking for a central location where we could visit downtown Charleston, the Beaches and Johns Island itself which worked well for us. Staying in the cabin was great fun for our youngest daughter who really enjoyed it. Our favorite restaurant nearby was the Fat Hen. Thx again, Susan and Nick, hope to return soon!

Hi, we have lived on John's and Wadmalaw Islands for 40 years. We have 3 grown daughters and currently three grandchildren. I am retired and my husband owns an environmental consulting company and has worked in the environmental field since graduating from Clemson University. GO TIGERS!!!
We love this area - the marshes, abundant wildlife, fishing, shrimping and crabbing. We have just built our dream home and we lived in this little cabin for 2 years while building our new home on the Stono River. Should you have a boat or kayak, the Limehouse boat landing is about 2 miles north of us. It is a free public landing. There is a great sand spit right near the landing that is fun to play on at low tide. A great place to hang and with friends and your kids (old or young). The sunsets are incredible from the cabin or out on the water. Come join us at our peaceful haven - watch the eagles soar and the dolphin pods and all our shore and wading birds. Life is good.
