Truly unique property, ideally located: 4km from Krakow International Airport, 13km from Krakow Old Market Square, 23km from Wieliczka - home of UNESCO listed salt mines , 33km from Wadowice, birthplace of John Paul 2. Over 100 Roman Catholic churches and seven main synagogues of the Jewish District of Kazimierz.

Beautiful and peaceful oasis. Former retreat for Cistercians monks. Our place is ideal for 2 couples or family of 4-6. Please notice that the property is not child proof. If you are looking for unforgettable experience, peace and calm within a natural setting, yet close to all tourist attraction - look no more. Truly unique and one of a kind property. The abbey is ideally located: Krakow - beautiful and vibrant city, the home of the ancient university, a hub of art, music, and historical attractions is only minutes away. The convenience of nearby attractions makes it easy for those who want to sightseeing. Abbey is only 4 km from Krakow International Airport, 13 km from Krakow Old Market Square, 23 km from Wieliczka - one of the oldest salt mines listed on UNESCO, 33 km from Wadowice where John Paul 2 was born, 43 km from Auschwitz Muzeum, 90 km from Zakopane - a resort town at the base of Tatras Mountains, also known for its turn-of-the-20th-century wooden chalets, symbol of Zakopane-style architecture.

The abundance of landmark, historic Roman Catholic churches along with the plenitude of monasteries and convents earned the city a countrywide reputation as the "Northern Rome" in the past. The synagogues of Krakow are an outstanding collection of monuments of Jewish sacred architecture unmatched anywhere in Poland. The seven main synagogues of the Jewish District of Kazimierz constitute the largest such complex in Europe next to Prague. It is a unique on the European scale religious complex prescribed on the list of UNESCO world heritage sites along with the entire city district in 1978, as the first ever.
