I didn't stay at the property, but I did visit and my family members that stayed there absolutely loved it, and very much appreciated how welcoming the hosts were. It really is a charming cottage in a lovely country village with a great pub. Be ready for driving narrow lanes however!

Fantastic cottage in such a lovely area, great welcome pack - if you want peace and quiet (apart from the odd steam train now and again) this is perfect.

An excellent venue in the vale between the Quantock Hills and Exmoor. One mile from the pub, 200 yards from the station. The accommodation is just right for a self catering break and the hosts are extremely obliging. Highly recommended and we shall certainly head back one day because there is so much beautiful countryside (and lovely pubs) to visit. One week is not long enough!!

The Linhay is an incredible place to stay and a perfect base from where you can explore the surrounding coastline. So many beautiful places to visit - beaches, woods and the Quantocks. We took our dog and he was allowed everywhere - all the important places like pubs and cafe's. We were really well looked after and Geoff & Jules are so friendly and accommodating. You arrive to freshly baked bread, butter, milk, cereal, tea and coffee. We 100% recommend the Linhay and hope to return very soon. #fantasticbreak

Lovely little cottage, tucked away but with great access to the steam railway. The surrounding area is very picturesque, with lots of local walks for the dog. The hosts were very friendly and when we arrived they had left us a selection of breakfast foods (very much appreciated!) We would love to go back. Thank you Geoff and Julia for a brilliant holiday :)
