Perfect base to explore the surrounding area such as Stamford and Rutland water. The annex is very spacious, clean and fitted out to a high standard. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Julie's accommodation. Clean and cosy, amenable to a young family. Lots of lovely touches and a great host!

The Buttery was lovely, beautifully restored, spacious and peaceful. The photos don't do it justice. Julie was a great host and we hope to be back

Great place to stay. Looks better than in the photos. Very well converted Buttery with a lovely big bathroom. The magazines, board games and DVD's were unexpected. Really appreciated the breakfast items as well. If you wanted to cook for yourself, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. I would agree with a previous review that the bed was too firm but otherwise everything was really good.

A perfect, relaxing stay in a gorgeous, newly renovated annex. Julie, the host, was super helpful and super quick to respond to questions.

This property is lovely, very clean and well decorated. The host was great, very accommodating to our needs. Julie went above and beyond providing extras that we did not expect such as breakfast items. I would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
