The property consists of a five-bedroom, four-bathroom upstairs home and a three-bedroom, three-bathroom downstairs home. Each unit has its own private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry facilities.

Across the two homes, the kitchens include ranges, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and glassware.

The property has eight bedrooms total, with four king bedrooms and four queen bedrooms. Bed and bath linens are professionally laundered, and beach towels are provided. Guests will also find toiletries, hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards.

We are a licensed short-term rental with the City of Newport Beach. Applicable transient occupancy taxes are collected and remitted in accordance with local regulations.

Neighbourhood highlights

Newport Beach is one of the best oceanside towns in Southern California. The sun always seems to be shining! There are also some great restaurants nearby. Mama D's, The Cannery, and The Crab Cooker (to name a few) are all super close! You are also just a few minutes from fabulous shopping at Fashion Island. If the waves are calling, the world famous surf spot "The Wedge" is not far, but you can also catch waves by just walking two houses to the sand.
