A great experience all around. Super convenient and I appreciated the good rental rate.

I was unexpectedly late getting into the city, and Jimmy was very understanding and accommodating. He even offered to help me out if I needed anything, which is really above and beyond. The place is quite spacious compared to other places I've stayed at in New York. Overall, I had a great time and I would definitely recommend Jimmy and his place to a friend.

First of all, Jimmy is a very nice person and did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. There were a few things initially like the WiFi password not being visible, which he sorted out despite being out of the country and on different time zones. His friend gave us the keys, I would've preferred to meet him outside the property as it was a bit of a mission getting across the city, but in the end that worked out OK. The apartment was as described, not really big or well equipped enough to spend much time, but it was a quiet place to sleep and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was fine to me - a person who has been living in a similar area in London for the past 6 years - but maybe not for everyone. If you want somewhere a bit more "upmarket" then you should probably look elsewhere (and pack your credit card). Overall a good experience. Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy was a very great host. My friend and I were running a bit late from the airport but he was flexible with the check in time. He had to go to work but waited for us and even gave us step by step directions on what subway routes to take. He was also very kind and took our bags up to the apartment. He provided plenty of the needed necessities (towels, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc.) and made sure our stay was pleasant. Although the location of the apartment was not the most desirable, it was interesting to see the upper side of Manhattan. Just be careful around the area.

Jimmy was a great, personable host. He showed me around when I got there, was responsive when I contacted him during my stay, and was in no rush when it was time to check out. The place was as described. It's comfortable for one person and guest. Cable television and WiFi were available. Overall, it was a nice place to have to myself for a week. Thanks Jimmy!
