Response from Kelly:
Our space is great for ages 21 and up and large families renting out the entire home. It is recommended to read any rules of the homes listed on Airbnb and be respectful of the home and other guests. We just expect those at any age to respect quiet time and rules so we can keep all guests comfortable. The transit windows in each room are directly above the doors to have the air circulate as well as a fan for our guests use located in every close, also specifies in our listing and house manual. Same for the shared bathrooms per floor is specifically mentioned in our listing and at time of booking.
