The space

We are not part of a large campground. Only two rental spaces on the property.

Two tents available for $5.00/night each with a refundable deposit payable at check-in (one has 2 air mattresses). Sorry, no sleeping bags.

Experienced/regular campers understand what "Primitive - No Facilities" means and will be prepared to enjoy the privacy our location offers.

Inexperienced/first time campers will find the sites lacking some of the usual amenities found elsewhere.

We are offering what we can with what we have - a safe, quiet place to rest and lie your head at night.

Porta-Potty available.

Guest access

Unfortunately we cannot allow access to the whole ten acres. Access is limited to the acre or two around the campsite.

Our property borders the Stanislaus National Forest.

Interaction with guests

We are available to answer questions about our area.

Other things to note

DIRECTIONS - Please save or print out the directions from this listing. You may not have internet access once you are in the mountains and Goog... Maps or GPS DOES NOT PROPERLY GET YOU TO OUR PLACE. It will take you the very long way on dirt roads.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS - Unfortunately we cannot accept last minute cancellations for refunds due to any impromptu scheduling. You are welcome to not stay every night of your reservation, however, due to the heavy demand for the site we could have had it booked. We need more than a few hours notice to rebook it.

WEATHER - Please be aware that we are in the mountains and that the weather can change quickly. Depending on the month of your reservation please be prepared for 3 season camping. Summer thunder showers are typically at higher elevations but we can be affected. Snow (4th season) can happen until late into Spring and typically can come back in the Fall.

Again, please save or print out the directions from this listing under "Guest Resources".

Brad and Tammy are super nice. The campground is clean, calm and beautiful and it was a great experience to stay in the middle of the forest! Yosemite nationalpark is not too far away although this place is quite expensive for what you get since it includes just the spot for your tent

Like everyone else has said, this campsite was exactly as it was advertised. A very large space to fit a couple tents and a car comfortably. The hosts instructions to get to their property were easy to understand.

Response from Brad And Tammy:
Hey Tyler, Thank you for your review and feedback. In addition to our recent warning about using GPS in this area we have added more info into the directions as you suggested so fewer people may have any issues finding us. Thank you also for your appreciation of, as you put it, "our beautiful piece of land".

Great spot for private camping and people who Are camping for the first time. Brad and Tammy are very friendly. Just be sure to plan your arrival route to the camp, because if you come from Yosemite you will not have any signal!

Basic campsite not too far from Yosemite. Great for last-minute campers as the YNP campsites fill up well in advance. Brad & Tammy were nice & welcoming.
