The space
You get the entire basement during your stay. There is a common room with a sectional sofa, recliner chair, and 65" smart TV with an antenna for local channels and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. The bedroom is legal with an egress window and has one very comfortable double bed with yet another TV. A mini-fridge is in your bedroom's cabinet, and a microwave and coffee maker are just outside of your room in the main basement room for your exclusive use. Your own bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, and vanity sink. Premium quality towels included.
Use the main level kitchen as you wish. You are also welcome to use the newer washer and dryer in the laundry room. Just let me know if you need assistance or directions.

Kitchen, back porch/deck, laundry (newer washer and dryer--laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are available for use), full basement. (No access to the top level where the host's bedroom and bathroom are, please). Plenty of parking is available on Ohio Street in front of the house. Please utilize street parking instead of the driveway to prevent blocking vehicles in the garage. Thanks! :)

I will be staying in the home during your stay with Dodger, my German Shorthaired Pointer. My room is on the third level, so you'll have plenty of privacy in the basement.
Other things to note
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
I work from home during the day Monday through Thursday, so early check-in/late check-out is not always possible during the week. I will usually be able to accommodate early bag drop off. But I cannot guarantee that your space will be cleaned and ready until after 6 p.m. when I finish work and have a chance to clean and change the linens.
On the weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) there is a much better chance of me being able to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Please just ask if that would be helpful and I will do my best to accommodate. Please understand that this is not a guarantee and there may be times when early check-in or late check-out is not possible. If we agree on a late check out in advance, no additional fee will be assessed.
