A freshly modern decorated 2 bedroom coach house split between two levels.

On the 1st floor is the open living area comprising of the lounge/diner/kitchen.

The family bathroom is on this level.

On the 2nd floor are the 2 bedrooms & dedicated workspace/study.

Outside there is an off road allocated parking space for 1 vehicle.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

A deposit of £250 will only be lodged if a claim is made after checkout and Air BnB will act as a mediator.

If you can't see the dates available that you require, please contact me as I am flexible and can often move things around.

I have turned off instant booking for long term lets, but that doesn't mean I don't do them, I just prefer to have control over the dates with long term bookings, so please contact me if you are interested in a long term let and we can discuss it.

The property is suitable for business travellers with it's excellent road links and dedicated workspace/study, families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

I welcome families with infants, but please be aware I do not have any stair gates and there are 2 sets of stairs. Also, there is no cot in the premises, but I've had plenty of families bring their own travel cots.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, the lounge has a vertical fan, a digital/smart HD TV, with Amazon Prime, Netflix, You Tube etc plus an additional Apple TV box.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, a vertical fan, en-suite and blackout blinds in the en-suite and bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath on castors (already fully made up with bed sheets etc) it just needs to be pulled out when you need it and pushed back in when not in use. There is also a built in wardrobe in this bedroom plus a blackout Velux blind.

The 3rd bedroom has been converted into a self contained workplace/study with 2 large LCD monitors, wireless printer/scaner, shredder, coffee machine and small fridge.

The property is protected by CCTV for both our safety and peace of mind.
