The space
Big Beach Guest House is a modern west coast home situated steps from the wild Pacific Ocean in Ucluelet, British Columbia. Just a block away from Big Beach and the Wild Pacific Trail, Big Beach Guest House is a private, spacious and bright west facing home with an open concept design that is ideal for couples, families and small groups.

The house has three bedrooms: king, queen, and bunk (single and double). The living room has a new sofa bed (double) and large couch with a chaise. There are two bathrooms. Big Beach Guest House also has a hot tub and a large private deck.

Big Beach Guest House has tasteful west coast décor that creates a peaceful ambience among the natural setting of the rainforest and Pacific Ocean. This guest house provides all of the luxuries and amenities you would find in your own home. Big Beach Guest House is also pet friendly and has a fenced in backyard surround by an old growth forest.

Big Beach Guest House is not only close to Big Beach and the Wild Pacific Trail, but is close to downtown, the community centre, skateboard park, as well as, the basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.

During your stay

In Ucluelet and Tofino, there are bylaws that stipulate that BnB and Vacation Rental/Guest Homes require a caretaker. There is a caretaker suite at Big Beach Guest House, which the owner (Karla Robison) resides in (at times). Prior to and upon check in, Karla will provide you with house / hot tub instructions, as well as information about the area (either on site or over the phone). If guests wish, the owner or hot tub maintenance contractor can maintain the hot tub during their stay. You will not hear or see the owner other than the check in and the maintenance of the tub (when on site), as she is usually not at the premise and respects guests privacy. If you require anything however, the owner can be available.
