Big Beach Guest House is a private, spacious, bright west coast beach home in a serene location. The house is west facing, ideal for couples, families or small groups seeking a peaceful ambience among the natural setting of the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean. The house has a private hot tub and deck, a large kitchen and living room, three bedrooms with comfy mattresses, and two bathrooms.

The space
Big Beach Guest House is a west coast home situated steps from the wild Pacific Ocean in Ucluelet, British Columbia. The house is just a block from Big Beach and the Wild Pacific Trail.

There is a four-night minimum stay from June 1st to September 30th and a three night minimum stay during holidays/long weekends (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Shorter stays (one to two nights) are considered after more extensive visits are arranged, and 'shorter-stay' exceptions are made for smaller groups.

The owner will provide guests with a door code before arrival or upon check-in.

Other things to note
There is a minimum stay of four nights from June 1 to September 30, and three nights are required during holidays and long weekends (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Shorter stays may be considered for smaller groups or after arranging longer visits.

Extra guests outside the original booking arrangement are permitted case-by-case; an additional person fee may apply ($150/person/night). Guests under the age of two do not apply.

There is a $450 hot tub drainage fee if the hot tub water is spoiled by guests who do not follow the hot tub rules (e.g., showering upon entry and keeping the bromine dispenser in the hot tub at all times).

Please review the guest rules (i.e., no parties or events or gatherings, no excessive noise, no shouting and loud music, no hot tubbing after 10 pm to respect the noise bylaw and neighbours, no smoking in the house and on the decks, and no outdoor shoes in the home).

Please note that a caretaker suite is located on the garden level at Big Beach Guest House, where a caretaker may reside in at times. Please see “Interaction with Guests” for more details.

Pets are permitted case-by-case - please enquire. There is a $150/pet/stay fee.
