Close enough to the CBD for easy and convenient access, but outside of the main bustle, Dina is a perfectly charming space. Cosy enough for a couples weekend, but big enough to sleep a family if required, with a private balcony that leaves you no other option but to sit back and relax. It's everything you didn't know you were going to ask for.

Guest access

We will contact you before arrival to arrange key collection - normally from our office at 601 Little Collins St. Once you've collected the keys then it's all yours to enjoy. If you have any questions during your stay you are welcome to call us anytime.

This place was great. Really easy walking distance to the Museum, Queen Vic Markets, Lygon St and MSG if you wanted (approx. 30-40 mins.) Kitchen is well equipped for staying in you feel like it. Plenty of room for us and our two younger children. The team were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely enjoyed our time here.

Good appartement; quiet and clean. It was quite cold in the bedrooms, but warm upstairs, with a heater in the living room. You will have to go to a separate office (not walking distance) to get the keys, even if you come with a family. It is more of a real estate agency not an airbnb.

Good location close to shops and cafes. Warm and sunny upstairs with deck

The apartment is large and spacious, with plenty of light. It's in a fabulous location, with Rathdowne St restaurants and cafes at your door-step. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Small amount of trouble getting the keys from the city, but Linton was very helpful in managing the pick up. Thanks for a great stay!
