This cozy unit is new to the short term rental market in May 2017 and provides a perfect base with all the amenities for exploring the Canadian Rockies.
This apartment located in the downtown of Canmore within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, banks, and extensive trails.
Your stay comes with one underground heated parking space, one swimming pool, three hot tubs and a small gym.
This third floor unit has a southwest facing mountain view patio and plenty of window light. The private bedroom has a comfy king size bed with an ensuite full washroom with a bath, shower and sink with the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner for your use during your stay. Please be noted you have to go through the bedroom to get into the bathroom. In the living space is a double size comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, oven, BBQ, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
The entire unit is for private rental and guests will have full access to building and amenities.
Interaction with guests
We'll leave you alone. Each guest will be provided with a guide of the area. What to see, what to do, where to eat - a little slice of local knowledge. But if you need us, we do our best to resolve issues as fast as we can, however if something breaks during your stay we may or may not be able to fix immediately.
Other things to note
ZONED VACATION RENTAL - This unit is in a legal vacation rental zone in Canmore. Many units and listings on the rental sites are not which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. It is located in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway and away from the high density condo zone of the 1A.
No parties or events
May not be safe or suitable for children (0-2 years)
Check in is anytime after 4PM
Please keep the place nice and tidy upon leaving.
Noise. Sorry, quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM, this building is not one where noise and/or parties will fly. Such events will be reported to the RCMP, a fine will be given by the condo association.
Smoking. There is to be absolutely no smoking in the unit and on the patio. If there is any evidence of smoking an extra cleaning fee will be applied.
Shoes. I would ask that you please remove your footwear at the door to keep the carpet in good shape.
