Close to Paris (15min), you will enjoy your stay in this charming one bedroom apartment of 28 sqm located on the ground floor of a modern building. The apartment overlooks a mini garden that gives in the street and can accommodate up to 3 persons. It is located in a safe and quiet place at walking distance to: Railway station, bakery, restaurants (French, Japanese, Italian, Chinese..), organic and non-organic food store, a market open 3 times/week, pharmacy/doctors and a hospital.
You will find in the apartment:
-A bright bedroom with a large double glazed window with electric shutters. It is furnished with a comfy double bed and a cupboard/wardrobe and shelves that allows you to store all your clothes. Full bed linen is provided.
-A bright kitchen-living room with a large double glazed window with electric shutters.
*The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, carpet, a coffee table, a low double door cupboard and a large flat screen TV.
*The American kitchen with table bar and two stools is open onto the living room. It is fully furnished with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric kettle and of course all the dishes you need for your stay plus vacuum cleaner, Iron and his table.
-A beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink, an under basin unit with drawers, a mirror, a wall electric heater, small shelves and toilets. Bath linen and towels are provided for each guest.
