Log home located halfway between Yellowstone NP and Cody(25 miles each way). Sweeping views of wilderness mountains and the Wapiti Valley along the North Fork of the Shoshoni River. A sitting room and two bedrooms are upstairs from the hosts living area.The soft sounds of Canyon Creek can be heard from the bedroom. A perfect base from which to explore Cody and Yellowstone or just relax in the quiet and beauty of the area. No guest cooking area but a breakfast is served and eating areas nearby.

The space
Spacious, quiet upstairs guest area with sitting/TV room, two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. Views from every window. Back deck with great views is available for relaxing or star gazing. A breakfast is served in the hosts dining room.

Guest access
Upstairs guest area consists of a sitting room with TV. The main level is the hosts private living area. The covered and open sitting space on a back deck with a small hot tub is available for guest use.. Laundry access if needed. Small personal fridge in sitting room. WiFi access. No guest cooking facilities but dinner services nearby. All other services are in Cody(25 miles).

Other things to note
Hosts have one friendly elderly cat. Guest area can be closed off from main house. Main level of house is hosts living area. No guest cooking area. Cell service is generally not available from Yellowstone NP until here and then it can be spotty until you get closer to Cody. Access to the guest area does involve stairs. The altitude here is 6000 feet (1800m).
