Sleeping four, it makes an ideal base for a walking, hiking or cycling holiday. Brentor is a village in West Devon and lies about half a mile from the familiar West Devon landmark of Brentor Church, a picturesque 13th century church perched precariously atop the granite mound of Brent Tor.
Briar cottage has two bedrooms. The master is a large room with a four poster king size bed. The second room has views to the moor and has two 2'6" twin beds. The lounge has comfortable sofas which can be further enjoyed in front of the log burning stove. There is a selection of books, DVDs, games and a comprehensive folder of local information, recreation & services/facilities. A colour TV and DVD player are also available. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and cooker. The dining room is inviting with table seating for four.
The modern bathroom has views to the moors and is equipped with a shower and a separate bath.
No smoking is permitted inside the property although there is a private patio garden with a table & chairs which may be utilized as a smoking area, if desired.
