We were a family of five (two adults and three grown children) who stayed for three nights while visiting Mactaquac Park and Fredericton. The house perfectly met our needs in terms of space, comfort and situation. Sarah did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly for check-in and during our stay. The house is very well-equipped with everything you could hope for (full kitchen including a dishwasher & microwave), comfortable indoor & outdoor seating, excellent wifi, plenty of towels/linens, and central air-conditioning. We paddle-boarded on the lake and enjoyed walking around the property. The proximity to the old Trans-Canada highway makes it great for getting around, although some road noise is audible from the front porch. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are happy to recommend both the house and the hosts to future guests!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Sarah's place. The house was immaculate and very clean. It had everything we needed and the small lake was beautiful to swim in. The porch was also very nice to sit and chat with friends for morning coffee and evening when the weather cooled down. We would definitely come back again!!

We had a wonderful time at Sarah's place!! It's a beautiful old house, close to Fredericton (20 min) and close to Mactaquac Provincial Park (15 min). Sarah was very attentive; she looked after us during our stay, making sure that everything was working correctly.

Cute house on the outskirts of Fredericton. We enjoyed our stay, in particular the walking trails on the property, the lovely deck to watch the sun set and the beds, which led to daily naps. So comfortable.
