Our home, built in 1911 for a dairy farm, is peaceful and quiet: rural neighborhood, very nice yard and patio, great night sky views. National Wildlife Refuge is in walking distance; nice foot and car tours. 5 minutes to Alamosa, 30 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes, 7 minutes to Adams State University and the airport.

What a great place to stay! It was quiet, relaxing, and Dennis and Holly are a delight. We could have easily spent the whole day chatting with them over delicious cold brew coffee and farm fresh eggs. I would definetely stay with them again.

My girlfriend and I stayed a single night for a family reunion in Alamosa. We enjoyed our stay, especially the hospitality, rural setting, breakfast, and quiet night.

We love the rural life. We served in the Peace Corps, in Romania. We love to read, so our home is filled with books. We enjoy meeting new people.
