Via Carbonia 41 is located by the Lido in Alghero, 100 metres from the sea. The apartment is located on the top floor of the condominium which has a lift. Around the apartment is a huge open balcony, and there is a huge roof terrace above which provides wonderful views of the bay, Capo Caccia on the distance and the old town.

The space

The apartment has 2 bedrooms for guests, 2 bathrooms - one a service bathroom with shower, a big living room with tv, cable and wifi, kitchen with accessories, and outdoor space. The apartment comes with linen and towels. The apartment is surrounded by a large outside terrace, which has seating space as well as a barbecue

Guest access

Above the apartment is a huge roof terrace accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase. The space offers spectacular views of the bay but it's not a living space, and should only be used occassionally

Interaction with guests

Although I won't personally be there to meet you, my agent will be there and cater to your needs

Other things to note

The third bedroom will be used by the owner as a storage space. However, bedrooms 1 and 2 have enough space for up to 5 guests, which is the maximum occupancy

Warto upewnić się, czy pomieszczenie, w którym jest pralka, będzie dostępne. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji łazienkę, salon, kuchnie i sypialnie, reszta pomieszczeń była zamknięta na klucz. Samo mieszkanie jest fajne, przestronne i dogodnie ulokowane - pomiędzy plażą a miastem, blisko sklepów i pyszną pizza w Pizzeria na rogu :-)

L'appartement est spacieux et agréable et très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Malheureusement l'esprit airbnb n'y était pas, nous étions dans une location saisonnière classique : à l'arrivée, "check in" par un "agent", photos de nos cartes d'identité et check out le dernier jour... Ni shampoing ni gel douche (pourtant mentionnés dans l'annonce). Pas de papier toilette (heureusement supermarché à côté qui ferme tard) ni produit vaisselle ni éponge (l'agent nous a pourtant demandé de laisser l'appart propre et rangé...). Et enfin pas de parasol, indispensable pour les vacances (tous les Sardes en ont). Conclusion : appart très bien mais accueil des voyageurs à revoir.

Buona posizione sia rispetto al centro che al lido. Molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Struttura che necessita di manutenzione. Aria condizionata presente. In generale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .Piacevole la cordialità dell' agente sul posto.

L'alloggio è situato in una zona molto comoda sia per quanto riguarda la vicinanza al mare sia per le varie necessità tra cui minimarket( a 50 metri veramente molto comodo) ed anche per i mezzi pubblici! L'appartamento è pulito e munito di una bella terrazza in cui si può mangiare fuori! La proprietaria è seria ,professionale e disponibile. CONSIGLIATO
