located at Campo Carlo Magno, the flat is on the second floor with a beautiful view and it has 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, separable kitchen, living, 2 balconies and an enclosed heated car space. 5 min walk from the slopes, perfect for families!

The space

Very comfortable flat, close to the slopes, close to many beautiful walks in the mountain and 10 minute drive or bus to the stunning Madonna di Campiglio with all its facilities and retails .
Very quiete location, close to the skiing school, to the market, to few restaurant and well served by public transport.
Because there is a boiler the only limitation is that there is a limited amount of hot water, therefore for example if there are 6 people they might have to shower 3 in the morning and 3 after a few hours to give the boiler the time to fill up with hot water again.

This is a great apartment just outside the village of Madonna Di Campiglio, perfect for 6 persons. The apartment lacks nothing and the layout if social and well functioning. There is a easy walk from the apartment to the blue slope (less than 100m), and from there you can reach the whole ski system. 50m away there is a very friendly grocery store with most or all of what you need. We walk up to get fresh baked bread and sliced breakfast food every morning, and some dinner food as well. If you don't want to cook, there are a few nice restaurants in the area as well. We can particularly recommend Casina Zeledria up the slope (walk or take a snow mobile). Alessandra waned about the limited hot water, but we were 6 persons and had no problems even when all of us showered after skiing. Maybe it helped that we had no teenagers in the company :-) Alessandra has a very friendly landlord - Alberto - who speaks no English. He is however very good communicator, to our complete lack of Italian was no problem. In summary, we can strongly recommend Alessandra's apartment if you plan a ski trip to Madonna and don't really need to stay in the village itself.

All perfect, great location, the landlord and the housekeeper were extremely kind and helpful, we had fantastic holidays during Xmas New Year time, even without having snow around. Most of the tracks were open and we all had great time. Recommended.

We spent a week here for a family ski vacation. We originally planned to stay for five days, but when the price for a week was cheaper, we booked the whole week. The booking process was smooth and Alessandra was very professional. She responded promptly to multiple requests for information. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived, because we expected something more modern. The flat is straight out of the 1970s – very retro! Aside from the modern appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, range), it is not modern at all. That being said, it is very clean and well kept. It shows a bit of wear but not much. People have written that it can fit 7 people comfortably and that it is bigger than it appears on the pictures. I don’t agree. We were five (two adults, three kids) and it was the perfect size for us. Two extra people would have been too much. The location of the flat is excellent – restaurants and a ski rental shop down the hill and an excellent (albeit small) grocery store up the hill (open every day in the morning and evening). We got lots of snow, so we were able to ski straight back to the flat (it is a 100 m walk to get to the slopes, access trail 54). Be aware that trail 54 doesn’t have snowmaking, so if there isn’t natural snow, it won’t be open and you'll have to take the ski bus. Check the status on the ski resort website. The beds were very comfortable, although the mattress on the master bed was soft. The baby cot was quite new and very clean. The top bunk is a bit dangerous, I think, as the railing isn’t very secure and could be knocked off and fall onto the person sleeping below. I have a few minor complaints with the accommodation that could easily be fixed. One, the locks on the doors of the building are worn out and desperately need to be replaced – we couldn’t get the key to work and were locked out of the building for a time. Two, the flat is very cluttered with the owners' personal effects. I would recommend removing these so that guests have more place to put their things and replacing family pictures so it isn’t as obvious that they are staying in someone else’s home. Three, while Alberto, the porter, is very friendly and helpful, he doesn’t speak a word of English, but he speaks A LOT in Italian. Even when it is clear that you don’t speak any Italian, he still talks on and on, which makes you afraid that he is saying something very important about the flat that isn’t understood. These are very minor complaints that don’t ruin the experience at all. On the whole, it is a great place to stay in a fantastic location. Just make sure that you aren’t expecting the most modern flat and you will be very satisfied.

Perfect location! Only few steps from slopes, supermarket, bus stop. Good location to drive to another resorts if you on the car. But there are also small disadvantages: Boiler is a bit small for 6 skiers. After skiing not all can take a shower, somebody should wait for hot water. Ski lockers can hold only three pairs of skis, or snowboards. Boxes on the stairs are poorly ventilated, skis remain wet. No ski boots dryer. Bring your own. But it's minor flaws that can't spoil a nice impression of the housing. Thank Alessandra!

Really good location! Whatever you need is close by - slopes (100-200m), bus stop, skirent, supermarket, skipasses shop, bar etc. Flat itself is well done equipped, has rational lay-out: bedroom side separated from kitchen/sitting room. Cozy. Restful spot with a good view. The house-manager Alberto is always ready to help. Thanks a lot to him and Alessandra Mikhail & Alyona

There were 6 of us in the apartment and we had plenty of space. It is actually bigger than it looks on the pictures! There is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony in one part of the apartment and the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom are in another/separate part. The place is clean and very quiet and the location is perfect for skiing with direct access to the slopes (Malga-Zeledria-Fortini slope will take you directly to Fortini lift and Express Groste gondola). The kitchen is fully equipped; there are towels and linens available in the bathrooms/bedrooms; there is a designated space for your ski boots and skis in the building, direct access to you car in the garage and a supermarket just around the corner. Giovanna answered all our questions immediately and Alberto, the porter, was there to help us in. Alberto is a lovely man but bare in mind he doesn't really speak English, but he talks a lot in Italian! It was a pleasure to stay in Giovanna's apartment! Thank you!
