This is a nice high end high-rise unit. The apartment is on the terrace level, so other tenants can walk just outside your windows, yet there is a nice private area that has an outdoor fireplace and furniture. The beach is a short walk across the driveway. The issue to be very concerned about is that rentals for less than 30 days is against the rules. The management is getting tough on this rule. You may get approached on the issue by the person at the front desk when you arrive. They may not let you stay! The location is great to visit the beach and the town. Biking to the town is a great way to get around. All the items needed for a nice stay are there. Remember tis is not a hotel, so bring your shampoo and lotions. Everything else was provided. I got my coffee at the bagel show just up the road each morning, as I did not bring coffee to brew. 2 bedrooms - Nice sized - one with a King the other a queen and 2 bunk beds.

Short walk to the shops. Great Location. 4 Pools to choose from. Wonderful outdoor space. Great, spacious condo! Views of the bay and ocean!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Some recommendations: needs a coffee maker, need to provide trash bags and paper towels. Some sheets were torn, so probably need to be replaced. Beach towels and chairs were provided, which was very lovely. No instructions were left, so it wasn't easy to know what the building rules are or how to get in an out of the garage. The doorman was very sweet, but they clearly had been dealing with this and told us so. We were told the condo is not allowed to be rented for less than 30 days. It's probably best suited for a long term stay - no spices, salt and pepper or basic necessities. No coffee maker. The view is absolutely amazing! Just a hop skip and jump to the beach, downtown Coronado.

I was very disappointed in my stay and I will stick to the facts in this review. The place is a nice size with a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony. Upon arrival the housekeeper's daughter met us at the condo and gave us the keys. She informed us that someone else who has keys to the place will come by and pick up a rug. This is unacceptable. I have three daughters ages 5, 3 and 1 and it should not be acceptable for someone to be able to walk in the condo at any point in time during our stay who is not the owner. The sheets had hair in one of the beds and we sent a message to the owner who arranged someone to come by the next day to clean. We were out most of the day and when we returned the bottom lock would not open. I sent a message to the owner to let her know I've been trying for five minutes to open the door. At this point in time our one year old was screaming her head off because she needed a bottle which was in the condo. The owner responded with their is a trick to open the door keep trying and if that doesn't work try going out on the terrace and go through a window. We didn't know until this comment from the owner that the windows don't lock. Once again it's not acceptable to have wall size windows that don't lock with three girls in the condo. The balcony is actually on a Terrace which is open to everyone on the same floor. Anyone on the floor can literally open the wall size windows and come into the condo. I refused to go out on the Terrace and climb through a window and asked for another option. The owner responded with there is nothing she can do and these are your options to get back into to the condo. After trying to open the door for 30 minutes and the baby crying the whole time, I called the house keeper at least four times with no response. Finally the house keeper's daughter called me back and told me to go downstairs asked someone at the front desk to use the spare key to open the door. Thankfully that advice from the house keeper's daughter not the owner allowed us to get back into the condo.
