The listing says no pets, but the place reeked of cat. One of us has a cat allergy, and so this was a huge problem. We tried to contact the host but she was unreachable until past 10 p.m., which made it hard to make alternate arrangements. The host denied the existence of any odour and refused to give a refund, even though we obviously couldn't stay. The only solution she proposed was bringing air freshener the next day. We ended up at a hotel and cut the vacation short. Worst Airbnb experience to date since the host was so lacking in understanding. She refused to give any money back though we didn't stay and acted in good faith. We spent days dealing with Airbnb to get the problem acknowledged. If you stay here, just know that in the case of a problem, you'll likely get screwed.
