1. Check-in is from 4.00p.m on the day of your arrival and check-out is until 10.00a.m on the day of your departure.
2. Smoking is allowed outside only.
3. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed while booking.
4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours;
Code-enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 9:00a.m and from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs during your stay. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
7. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
8. Pets are permitted only in some apartments and with prior approval.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate but can be organised on request. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the area assigned by our Local Contact at your arrival.
11. Deposit guarantee: The deposit guarantee is for security and shall be refunded after Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. Damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning;
iii. Garbage not placed correctly in the proper garbage; or
iv. Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
