The home has easy access to the forest - fantastic woodlands for hiking, mountain bike trails and seeing the renowned New Forest Ponies! Beech House is the perfect central location to visit all the surrounding villages in the New Forest & the attractions and beaches the South coast has to offer.
The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious, built in the 1960's in a style typical of the decade. It has large windows and sliding doors letting plenty of light inside, the home is furnished with good quality country style furniture and fittings with ample private parking, large gardens and grounds.
You will have total access to the entire home. The host lives next door and will be available to help with anything you need. Other than that you will not be disturbed, neighbouring Old Beech House also sits within the shared grounds but the houses do not overlook each other and you will not be aware of the other residents.

Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glass ware. Large adjoining dining room with wooden dining table, seats 8-10. Sliding doors opening on to garden and large patio.
UTILITY - large utility/ boot room. Large plastic dog bed, toys and bowls. Washing machine, small dryer. Large USA fridge/ freezer with chilled water & ice machine. Second entrance door to home.
CONSERVATORY - spacious sunny south facing circular conservatory with cane furniture, ceiling fan, tv/DVD. Extra extendable wooden dining table with 4 more chairs.
LOUNGE - very large and spacious, cosy and comfortable family lounge, Woodburning stove, board games & movies, large patio doors, flat screen tv/DVD. Small sofa bed (extra bedding supplied if required). Library area with arm chairs & books, overlooking garden.
MAIN BEDROOM - King bed made up of two large single beds which are electronically adjustable. Large adjoining sunny balcony with table and chairs. TV & DVD. Large fitted wardrobes.
BATHROOM 1 - Ensuite to master with shower bath, toilet, bidet & sink (however shower fitted to bath is of very low pressure so not really suitable as a shower).
BEDROOM 2 - standard double bed. Dressing table. Fitted wardrobes.
BEDROOM 3 - single bed, 1 x cot (no bedding), 1 x standard double. TV. Fitted wardrobes.
BEDROOM 4 - bunk bed (suitable up to age 12). Fitted wardrobes. Children's books & soft toys.
BEDROOM 5 - (ground floor) 1 x single bed, 1 x small double (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). TV.
BATHROOM 2: Large power shower. Toilet & sink.
GARAGE/ GAMES ROOM - small size pool/ snooker table, outdoor games equipment. Separate adjoining car port.
PARKING - plenty of off road/ private parking.

GARDENS - patio furniture with plenty of chairs. Pond with Koi Carp, with secure reinforced netting. Stone built BBQ for use with charcoal or wood. Large open private garden, not fenced! Dogs welcome but please be aware there are no boundary fences and the driveways to link to the road which are not gated. Please also note that the neighbours gardens connect with the house so their friendly dogs may wander over to say hello.
(NOTICE - Open tread Cedar wooden staircase leading to 1st floor. Young children must be supervised. Baby gate provided at top of staircase but open banisters on hallway landing can be hazardous).
Quiet hours - 11pm-8am (due to neighbours).
