This unique home is located at the edge of a National Monument Lava Flow on 3 acres of Pine Forest. It is only seven miles from The Old Mill district, Downtown Bend, and is 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. You will love this house because of it's open floor plan with 20' ceilings, privacy, amazing backyard, and it's natural High Desert setting. Picnic or camp in a secluded setting with a cedar pergola, table & chairs, and tent spaces all just up the hill from the back door. DCCA# 1387

The space

This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac so you will not hear the roar of traffic or noise from crowds. The house is cozy and comfortable. There are not a lot of personal items around so you really can make this feel like your home during your stay. The yard is large so neighbors are not too close and from the backyard there is complete privacy. The large living room can be used for sleeping on air mattresses, or for yoga, using the exercise bike, a place for the kids to play, or a good place to chill out. There are stairs to the front porch and to the back yard but no stairs inside. The yard offers fantastic star viewing and a 97% Solar Eclipse view. It is one hour to Redmond to see Totality.
