Sunny second-story bedroom in our shady 50s-style split-level home. You'll sleep like a baby in a comfortable, queen-size bed overlooking a lush backyard and thicket on the Hamilton College campus. Our house is a two-minute walk to campus and a three-minute drive into historic Clinton.
See our other listing to book a room next door for two more people! Bathroom is shared with this room.
The Wertimer House belonged to long-time Hamilton College econ professor Sid and judge Ellie Wertimer before we purchased it three years ago. The main level has a beautiful open kitchen and great room with giant windows overlooking the backyard and woods beyond.
Wifi, kitchen, laundry, bathroom. We'll take care of any amenities you need. We've usually got soy and almond milk, tea, coffee, and some snacks on hand.
Interaction with guests
You're more than welcome to join us for meals! (But, honestly, we'll probably just be eating hummus out of the carton.)
Other things to note
We have cats! They're good people and enjoy guests, but you should probably steer clear if you have allergies. We also have fish, but they tend to keep to themselves.
Quiet time after 10:30pm.

Math professor at Hamilton College and cat lady at large. I'm a big fan of books, the great outdoors, and trying to figure out what the previous homeowners' planted in the garden.
