The Guest House is a 2 minute walk from the walking bridge, grocery store, public pool and a 2 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to the Trail Hospital and 15 minutes to Rossland and Red Mountain ski hill.

The space
The house is in a residential neighbourhood in East Trail with views of the Columbia River and 7 Summits Mountain range. It is spotlessly clean, 1 bedroom with pillow-top double bed and extra sleeping on a comfortable fold-down chesterfield in the living room. There's a deck with outside sitting area and a washer and dryer in the basement which can be accessed upon arrangements. Television, cable, wifi included.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the downtown theaters, arena, gyms, swimming pool, ball park, hiking trails, parks, local swimming hole, and hospital; all close by.
