Please make yourself at home. The majority of the house including the deck and yard is available for you to use. The only areas that are not available are the mechanical room and garage.
Interaction with guests
I will be available through the AirBnB app throughout the day should you have any questions or need assistance prior to your arrival or during your stay.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
1. No drugs
2. No shoes inside the house
3. No food or drinks in the living room or upstairs
4. No loud music after 9pm
5. Do not use towels to clean your shoes
6. No heavy cooking i.e. no cooking with strong spices, deep frying, etc.
7. Always turn on the hood fan when cooking
8. Shut off gas stove when finish cooking
9. Only use dishwasher tablet in the dishwasher. DO NOT use regular dish detergent.
10. Do not open washing machine until it has stopped completely. Forcing it open will damage the washing machine.
11. Report any leaking plumbing or toilets immediately
12. Lock the front and side doors before leaving
13. Upon departure please clean dirty dishes and put them away
14. Upon departure please remove everything from the refrigerator
15. Upon departure please turn off all the lights
16. Upon departure take all garbage bags to the front curb next to the tree

The house is intended for the use of registered Guest(s) only. Failure to report unregistered Guests will result in additional fees. It is important to maintain the safety of the Guest and the Host at all times, therefore any visitors or additional overnight Guests must be reported to the Host.
The exterior front entrance of the house comes fully equipped with a security camera to maintain the safety and integrity of all residences and Guests.
The Guest(s) undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Guests in relation to the rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting or any illegal activity within the property is strictly prohibited.
