The accommodation we got was not the same as the one listed when we made the reservation. If we knew it was like this, we wouldn't have booked it. She wasn't present in the check-in, she had sent a gentleman who said that he represent her. When we explained the situation he told us that she has three apartments but she can only listed photos of one. (Stupidly enough she added photos of this specific apartment on the same day, minutes after we asked for the cancellation and refund). Obviously the apartment we saw in the listing and based on which we booked our holidays was not available. I believe she should list all three apartments separately so the people know what to expect when they are making a reservation at her apartments. The guy initially tried to persuade us to stay, saying that other guests ask for this specific apartment. (How can they ask for this specific one when it is not listed? I don't know.) Anyway, we exchanged some messages with the owner where she told me that she went at the apartment on that day to take photos so she can update the listing. She could have just called us and let us know that the apartment we booked was no longer available, and give us the option to cancel or keep our booking. It would have been fair and she could have saved us the hassle. She obviously deceived us. She didn't even apologize for ruin our Vacations. The apartment it's self is located far from the city, in a remote area. It has a nice view but you need a car to go anywhere.
