A great family home near Trinco town and the beach: perfect for small groups.
Price is for the whole house without AC. AC is optional for the 2 triple bedrooms.
Senthuran’s is a family heritage home built 15 years ago. The host lives with his family in the house nextdoor.
This charming family home has three bedrooms: two triples with ac, and one double room. All rooms have fans. There’s one attached bathroom and an outdoor shower. If you want to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas and oven. A separate room is available for drivers, with a separate entrance.
Outside, there’s a nice spacious verendah, a garden with fruits like mango, king coconut and some ornamental plants and a small rooftop balcony where guests can chill out in the evening.
Interaction with guests
Senthuran, the host/owner of this home, speaks good English, and runs his tourism home alongside his work in the sales division of Rockland distilleries (a local arrack). He lives with his wife and 3 year-old year old in the next house to the holiday home.
With his van, Senthuran’s able to arrange transport and tours, and he can arrange local homemade meals upon request. And completing the family are two friendly and sweet Pomeranian dogs, named Buji and Puppy. Wooof!
Neverbeen offers a wide variety of rare homes off the beaten track, from fisherman's huts and tree houses to heritage homes and tea estates. Our team hand-picks and visits every home and meet all hosts to make ensure guests have a positively memorable stay in places they've never been.
We provide travellers and home owners in challenging locations with access to one another, by offering communication services, online marketing services and tourism training, so that locals can make a living off their home and travellers can get to stay in places they have never been.
As such, Neverbeen works for a world in which everyone has the chance to earn income by renting out their home, regardless of language, internet access and tourism experience.
In Sri Lanka, Dishan manages our growing group of homes in cooperation with our scouts, while Rohan creates listings and provides service. In Amsterdam, Marten works out international growth plans. Our team of in-house programmers is constantly developing the platform itself and Ernst & Young does our finances.
The first country we're active in is Sri Lanka, a beautiful country with many undiscovered places to stay. Due to it recently having opened up to tourism after decades of conflict, it is a great place to start and pilot the Neverbeen concept. We plan to expand to ten countries before the end of 2017.
