Jeg forventer af mine gæster, at inden de rejser, har tømt skraldespanden, vasket opg og stillet opvasken på plads, og har I tid, ville det være dejligt, hvis I kunne ta' dynebetrækket af dynen.

Maj is super kind, the flat was very nice just as the pictures. Very easy to get to main transports (bus and train), located in a very charming neighbourhood. Definitely would stay at Maj's if going to Copenhagen.

Perfect for long weekend. 3 friends for 3 days. Walking distance to all the sightseeing in my opinion. Maj, the host, was easy to communicate with on the phone. Very nice place.

Maj wasn't at Copenhagen when we arrived but she had everything arranged with a very friendly neighbors. The apartment has a very unique style even in the lighting, if you want to go to an ordinary or typical apparent this is not it. We've been there in winter, we're very comfortable there. And we used a lot the kitchen that has all the utensils you need.

Apartment is a rambling older unit, pleasant with lots of space, good Internet, very conveniently located in a stylish area. Ten minute walk to Ostebro train station where you can also rent a bike, for the best way to get around Copenhagen. This was perfect for my needs on a 4-day visit. Owner Maj was very helpful with suggestions.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Maj's flat. She welcomed us when we arrived and had even prepared tea for us. She left maps and guidebooks for us to use, and invited us to contact her if we had any problems, of which there were none. The flat was very spacious, comfortable and warm, and beautifully decorated with a whole host of interesting global artefacts to look at. We loved the decor and furniture. The flat is easy to get to by Metro from the airport. It is quite central - about a 20 minute walk from the town centre, or a 5 minute bus ride away. It's in a smart area with lots of small, independent shops. There are plenty of good supermarkets nearby and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. There was also good wifi and a DVD player in the flat, which helped make the stay that much more enjoyable. This is a brilliant place to stay - one which we would recommend without hesitation.

This is a lovely, spacious and fascinating apartment for two people. It has a wonderful collection of art and other interesting artefacts in each of the rooms. It's a cross between elegant and quirky. Don't expect a fully modernised apartment with spartan Danish furniture. Rather, it has somewhat old-fashioned facilities but is a joy to use and explore. The owner was very well organised, took the keys to my son who lives in a nearby street and left excellent instructions for the flat. The neighbourhood is close to the center (you can walk in 30 minutes), the buses stop 5 minutes away and the Metro is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a bakery to die for (with similar coffee) a block away and many small restaurants and shops nearby. The main hospital is very close (should you ever need one - our nearby grandchildren seem to have been frequent visitors) and right next to that is a super park for strolling. The canals are 5 minutes away. It is a really nice neighbourhood. Fully recommended. I would hope to meet the host on my next visit as she clearly has a very interesting life.
