Well hmmm. Been hosting for a couple of years and also manage multiple properties. Have never (until now!) received a three star review! Not a one!
While some of your feedback is vague, like “amenities” (we provide 5 star hotel ementities as well as a top of the line coffee maker along with tea, fastest wifi available, top of the line Shaw Bluesky etc, even cozy throw blankets and games) the one thing that is clear is that you thought I was unavailable.
Odd, as you texted me at MIDNIGHT, and I groggily answered you within ten minutes and even sent my husband downstairs to make sure you had arrived and checked in. You, however, never answered my texts and messsages to make sure you were all good.
Things that make you go “hmmmmmm”.
I made sure you were communicated with, and even gave you your late checkout request, and yet somehow...3 stars.
As for the wifi in the bedroom, I am certainly sorry to hear that, we have used the wifi in the bedroom on several occasions and have not had a problem, if you had brought this up during your stay I would have looked in to it right away. I will test with our own devices right away to make sure there’s no issue for future guests.
