This beautiful waterfront location is available for weekly rentals in July/August (weekly rate, Sunday-Sunday) and shorter stays in May, June, September and October.
Includes a bunkhouse that sleeps 3, with a single over double bunk bed.

The space
Peaceful time by the water or enjoy many activities nearby, it's the best of both worlds! We have created a guide to local attractions and things to do. Feel free to ask for a copy to help you understand the area and options available to you.
The main cabin has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, living room, dining table that seats 8 and a full bathroom with a tub.
There is also a bunkhouse that is steps away from the cottage with an amazing view of the water; it is one room with a single over double bunk bed. Please note there is no bathroom in the bunkhouse.
The cottage is a combination of modern and 'traditional' cottage as it is a building that has been added to over the years. Guests should note that there are small variations in the flooring and floor heights with one particular transition that is a 1-2" height difference.
This property has your own waterfront on River Philip with an amazing view. It is on a quiet dead-end lane with only 9 other cottages and there is a very large yard for the kids to play. There are various bikes available for your use and plenty of games to play outside or inside. Beautiful Heather Beach Provincial Park is minutes away, many other beaches, golf courses and other beautiful locations in NS, NB and PEI are all easily reached with a day-trip.

Full week rentals in July and August pricing is per week. There is a 2 night minimum in May, June, September and October. Long weekends are a 3 night minimum.

The yard has direct access to a rock ledge and the waterfront. Parents would need to be mindful of these dangers for toddlers. If you have a little one, there is room for a playpen in the master bedroom or second bedroom (playpen is not provided).
Due to the proximity of the bed to a baseboard heater, the 2nd bedroom heat has been disabled. There is an electric space heater provided that is more than adequate to heat the room.

This is a fabulous location that is central to so many places that will make your trip to the Maritimes authentic and enjoyable! There are only 10 cottages on this single lane dirt road, most are permanent residents or cottage owners so this is a private and quiet place to be. A large lawn across the lane is great for playing catch, soccer or Frisbee. Charming places to eat and fresh seafood vendors are within walking distance and the lovely town of Pugwash is an 8 minute drive for your necessities.
