of 30A. Within walking distance to ''The Hub", the community's town
center, which includes restaurants, shops and an amphitheater with
covered event pavilion, cinema screen for movies as well as a stage for
concerts and events. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can accommodate up to

outdoor grills and covered a dining pavilion and a fitness center. Just
across 30A, guests enjoy access to ‘The Hub’ which features
restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event
pavilion with for concerts and movie nights. The community also offers
seasonal shuttle service to the Deer Lake State Park and Gulf Lakes
beach accesses.

Matt's place is great! Really clean, close to The Hub for awesome drinks, easy beach access (a short drive away), and the best restaurants. The only downside to our stay was that Matt was pretty slow to respond to messages. We had requested early check in/late check out and didn't hear about times for those until the night before arrival and departure, though requests were made at booking months before the trip. Matt did say at one point that he was waiting to hear from the cleaning company to figure out our check out time, so maybe it's due to the units management and not just up to him, but it was a little frustrating to not be able to plan. There was also an email sent right before our trip began with A LOT of additional house rules. None are hard to follow, but a large security deposit is charged to your card if management believes you caused any damage (so we took pictures of EVERYTHING and sent to Matt upon arrival at the condo to show prior damages done). Maybe this was just a typical condo rental experience, but since the unit is listed on Airbnb, that's the experience I was expecting. I'll definitely be double checking who my host is in the future. Homeowners are far easier to work with than property managers, in my experience.

Sorry to hear that you thought responses were slow regarding the requesting for early check in and late checkout. We had to move staffing around to be able to offer these with the tight windows of the other reservations before and after this one. We tried to go the extra mile instead of turning down the your requests. The majority of hosts (including homeowners) will charge for damages done to a unit, so that is very normal to disclose that.
