In the most beautiful district of Berlin on the border between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, there is a small apartment. It is on the third floor, is furnished and comprises about 45 sqm with tiled stove heating, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The Maybachufer with its famous Turkish market is within sight, there are pubs, cheap restaurants and small shops with a special profile, the subway is also around the corner - in short, the area becomes more diverse and colorful.

Tim's flat is spacious and decorated with taste. It has a great light and feels homy. The neighborhood is one of its many positive point, we had a great stay !

Tim is really helpful and flexible, the check-in/check-out was uncomplicated and friendly. The flat is central, close to the subway, bars and restaurants but still in a quiet street. The flat is pretty outdated (no TV, no internet, no heating system) but still has everything you need for a weekend in Berlin. We enjoyed the balcony and had a great time.

The flat is spacier in real life. Neighborhood is amazing. Balcony is a real perk.

Tim's place was great, a real Berlin experience with lots of charm. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit dated but it's a typical Berlin apartment. Even though it's in an area with lots of bars and restaurants, Tim's street is very quiet. The little balcony was perfect for having breakfast. Tim was a great host, meeting us quite early to retrieve the keys at the end of our stay. There is no TV and there is no WiFi. You can buy a week pass for the Vodafone hotspot for under ten euros. It's a good strong connection.
