Bet Hanan is a small and quiet moshav in the center of Israel. Only 20 min. from Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Int. Airport, 5 min. from Nes Ziona, Rishon LeZion and Rehovot and 10 min. from Palmahim Beach. Bet Hanan gives you the best of everything: pastoral landscape in the moshav with hiking paths through orchards and fields and in the surrounding towns plenty of restaurants, pubs, parks and shopping malls. The ideal location to make your home for your stay in Israel and visit all the highlights.
The Little House in the Moshav is available during May 26 - August 19 2017. Normally in use by our own family.
It is a very nice small house, with a living space and open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 more room which is in use as a large walk in closet, 1 bathroom, and porch. The house is yours, the walk in closet-room partially (we save plenty of space for you). Access to porch (back of porch I use to hang laundry).
The property is not suitable for families and children.
The house is situated next to our family home. Both houses are separated.
There is another guestroom at the opposite corner of the premise. Both rooms are private. You might encounter other guests during your stay.
You have your own porch to enjoy the outdoors, the birds and the quiet.
The pool is not part of the rental. The pool is our private family pool and we love using our facilities. But there are also plenty of hours that no one is using the pool. As our guest you are most welcome and we are happy to share with you. If you want to enjoy the swimming pool, we would like you to ask us first. The use of the pool is at your own responsibility.
We have another guestroom at the opposite corner. Both places are private but you might encounter them during your stay.
Interaction with guests
I love meeting and hosting people. I work from home so I am around and available if needed, and happy for a chat or give (travel) tips. But I also know to give you your space. For me the combination is perfect, I hope you will too.
When the other rental on our property is occupied you may encounter other tenants during your stay.
Other things to note
The entrance to the house goes through the laundry room which is the only place I will use during your stay (and the back side of the porch to hang the laundry to dry). The rest of the house is yours.
Our pool is our own private family pool. You are welcome to share as long as you understand and acknowledge that use of the pool is upon your own responsibility. We do not accept any liability.
I am born and raised in The Netherlands and live in Israel since 1985. Married with 3 kids who have flown out of the nest more or less. I'm working from home so having the AirBnB is pretty convenient. Love meeting people from different backgrounds and walks of life and hear their stories and about experiencing Israel. Our place is great to start or end your Israel trip but is also very convenient to make your home during your stay and make your day trips as almost everything is reachable within 1-2 hours. I like to interact with our guests but I know how to respect your space. Looking forward to welcome you on your visit.
