Single family home on a corner, with two floors and three bedrooms. Only consumes renewable electric energy and is completely climatized. Meets with the requirements of quality and installations of tourist accommodation of the Junta de Andalucía (registration in process).

Its location on a corner provides natural light to all the rooms ,making it an ideal place to enjoy the luminosity of Andalucía

The space
Its location near to the supermarket gives the possibility of shopping without the need to use the car, saving time that can be used on other activities. An interesting fact is that the neighbours come out in the summer afternoons to sit in front of there house to enjoy the view of the via Verde, that starts just a few metres away from the house ,it connects with Luque, Zuheros, Doña Mencia along with the Natural Park of the Subbetica.

I would like to highlight the fact out the house being at the entrance of Baena, which makes it specially interesting for people who like living in the country but who enjoy the commodities of town.

Maybe the most interesting point to make about the house is its geographical location as a base to explore five of the eight Andalucian capitals ,all of them at a good distance to plan a day-trip: Cordoba, Jaen are 55 minutes away, Granada and Malaga are 1 hour and 25 minutes away, and the furthest away is Sevilla, 2 hours away.

A sign of identity of Baena is without a doubt the archaeological site of Torreporadones, an Iberian Roman city which doesn't stop turning up with new discoveries of scientific interest that is worth visiting.

Visiting Baena is discovering a beautiful city of almost 20.000 people that receives it's visitors with cordiality, offering them the best of ourselves so that they can feel like they are a part of our culture and identity, specially during our period of festivities. You can see tourism resources on Baenacultura.

It's specially interesting for it's vinculation with olive oil ,to which it gives name to one of the most important olive oils on the world market.Along side Nuñez De Prado, it is obligatory to visit the factory to discover the world of olive oil and understand the love of andalucians for olives an oil.
