I can't say enough about how beautiful this house was! It was also walking distance to city center, with a lovely back yard and plenty of space - great for groups! We had three people in our group and the house felt too big lol! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept like babies. Julie was very accommodating and we will definitely try to stay here again for our next trip to Mons. Only potential drawback was that the shower (which was huge and new and otherwise wonderful) was in the main bedroom and didn't have curtains or a door, so you'd have to do some juggling to get everyone a chance to shower in private. This wasn't a big deal for us, especially since the house was so perfect in every other way, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling in a bigger group.

We stayed in Mons after our visit to Pairi Daiza. We have decided to make a weekend off and visit beautiful Mons. The communication with Julie and her husband was very easy. The house is very interesting and it is an adventure on ii's own to stay there. We loved the stay.

Julie owns a beautiful old home which has a huge garden that we enjoyed so much. Our kids and our dog played happily in the garden and I did not have to worry about anything, the yard is all closed in. The house itself has taken many breaths and the time shows in every room, starting with entrance door. Our travel was hectic but once we were in the house everything calmed down. We had slept so good during our stay. The host is very nice and responsive in timely matter. I will remain a visitor to this house. Please don't hesitate to stay there. The downtown is in walking distance, good restaurants. The noise from the street does not penetrate into the back yard; therefore, after long days of chaos we were able to rest in clam environment.
